After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

We will deliver your skip bin on the day you nominated on the order form, or we will contact you and offer an alternative date or a refund.

It is your responsibility to ensure that we have access to the site sufficient to drop the skip bin in a safe manner. Please review our FAQ.
